Love Binds Us All

Its been awhile since I have posted. I am going to try to post more frequently :) 


Have you ever felt you were lost and just running through life just to get to a certain part? 


 I have and still kind of do. I felt that life was going to calm down after I got married or after you graduate college. HA! I am getting close to graduate and I just see life getting crazier and much harder. But I am learning to let go some control and allow God to help steer. 

 Have you ever looked at a cemetery and looked at all the gravestones with people's birthday and the day they died? Did you ever notice the small dash between the dates? 

 Life is precious, life is quick, and life is what we are living. ALWAYS Love and NEVER give up hope. 

I was always told, He never gives you anything you cannot handle. I used to just agree and did not fully grasp the whole concept. It is totally true. He gives you humps, bumps, mountains, and valleys to crawl over, through, and to simply help you get back on your feet. 


I also learned the more love you give out the better life is. The more you treat people with unselfish kindness and respect, you give those people a light in their life they may not have. It took me awhile to learn this, well maybe not as long as you may think, but for me, its been awhile. I may just be one person but one person can change another who then changes another and its a viscous cycle until the whole world is touched. 

I used to lose hope in humanity and I saw everyone as evil mean people but the moment I changed my mind and started gaining hope in humanity, people began to seem kind and lovable again. A bible verse I read, Matthew 6:24-25 really hit me in the heart. I was always so worried about my appearance, food, work, money, clothing, and many other things that I forgot what life is all about. 

 Life is about living and Loving every minute you live. And I am going to start this now and never forget it.

Romans 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. 

Matthew 6:24-25 ”No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Love is Deep

No Excuses..

But let your statement be, 'Yes, yes' or 'No, no'; anything beyond these is of evil

Simply tell the truth, make no excuses. I know that it is sometimes difficult to be truthful and it easier to simply make an excuse for things. I am going to continue to tell the truth and not make excuses. Life is short so why not be truthful.


But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also.

I also know when someone hurts me I always want to say words back or show actions of how hurt I am. But Christ always turned his cheek to his enemies or people who did not agree or believe Christ was Christ. I am learning from him to turn my cheek.


Whoever forces you to go one mile, go with him two..Give to him who asks of you, & do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you..

When someone really needs you or really wants you to something and makes you do it, show that you will do it plus some more. Sacrifice all you can :)


But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. Matthew 5

Love your enemies and pray for those who hurt you. This is not easy but will help in the long run. Do not treat enemies badly because then you are giving in. This is hard for me sometimes but I am going to make this change.



AAccept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God. Romans 15:7

This verse was a slap to my face. I try to accept people but sometimes I do not because of the their actions and the way they treat people. But Christ accepted me, and died for me and I cant accept someone because they treat people wrongly. How is that even right? My small group, Ice-cream Bandits (haha loving the name) we discussed how you should accept them for who they are, even if you do not agree with their actions. I am going towards this direction. I am going to be more forgiving, more accepting, and more understanding. I know I am not perfect and I know I will make mistakes but I am going to try hard to accept people for them even if they are mean and rude to everyone. Lord, help me be strong. Like the picture below, we accept nature for the way it is, I am going to accept people for who they are because God made them that way.

Just a List...

Life has many lessons in life. Some learned by trial and error, some learned from others examples, some learned from pain and hurt, some learned from happiness and thrill. Lessons can even be learned by something new or something old.



Take life by the horns, literal or not, enjoy it. Every chance you can get.



Enjoy the gifts God has put on our planet earth for us. Stand out side and look at the sky, grass, flowers, and butterflies.



Dance to no music only to the rhythm of your heart <3



Be open to the world around you



Try new things. (just dont force yourself)



Always give a helping hand. Open a door, say hi to a stranger, pick up something someone has dropped, something simple can make someones day and can go a very long way. :)



Listen to all the music you can.



Read a book in an open field.



Climb a tree and look at the clouds.



Sometimes when you feel like giving up, remember giving up is harder then going on with life. Life is not always easy but it is always an adventure.



Use your best dishes, cook extravagantly, wear your best clothes, light candles and turn out the lights. :)



Eat what you want, even if it is not healthy
